bx99 Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bx99 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bx99 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services available at bx99.lat. By accessing, registering on, or using the bx99 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. To register a bx99 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your mobile number, date of birth, and preferred payment method. bx99 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy and may require documentary verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including but not limited to initial registration, first withdrawal request, or upon receipt of a suspicious activity report. Registration requirements include the following:

• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that is registered in your own name and linked to an active bKash or Nagad wallet where applicable.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and grounds for immediate account closure.

• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or used by any person other than the registered account holder.

bx99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where any of the following circumstances apply. In cases of suspension pending investigation, bx99 will endeavour to complete its review within 14 business days and communicate the outcome to the affected player via their registered contact details.

• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Fraudulent activity including but not limited to chargeback abuse, use of stolen payment credentials, money laundering, or collusion.
• Breach of the single account policy, including registration of multiple accounts under different identities or via shared devices.
• Use of automated tools, bots, or exploits to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, as described in Section 5.

All content on the bx99 platform — including but not limited to the bx99 brand name, logo, website design, software architecture, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bx99 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bx99 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bx99 platform without prior written consent from the Company. Any unauthorised use constitutes an infringement of bx99's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bx99 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the bx99 platform, even if bx99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bx99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to bx99 in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bx99's liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

bx99 may update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice to individual players. The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the bx99 platform after any revision constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and contact bx99 support to close your account. bx99 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operations of bx99. In the event of any dispute between you and bx99, you agree to first contact the bx99 support team to seek an informal resolution. The support team is available 24/7 in Bangla and will endeavour to resolve complaints within 5 business days of receipt. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, bx99 will provide details of the applicable escalation process. The Company's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding subject to any mandatory applicable legal rights you may hold.
